Robert’s experience as a lead project executive for our construction division is key to providing due diligence services that help clients make sound financial decisions for acquisitions and new developments. His leadership and understanding of the program risks that our clients are exposed to fosters confidence in his project evaluations and leads to effective solutions.
Robert’s background in high-rise developments for residential and commercial programs is a valuable asset to clients pursuing offering memorandums nationwide. His data center experience for mission-critical programs has helped make C3 as a leader in this area. He provides skilled oversight of the project team of developers, design team and equity partners. These strengths have Robert a “go to” project executive for our highest-profile projects. He serves as a role model to the C3 project management staff and is always available to solve complex problems.
Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Northeastern University and an M.B.A from Boston College.
On his own time, he enjoys golfing and spending time at the Maine seashore.
