Marc joined C3 in 1997 and is well-regarded in the commercial real estate industry for his engineering design and project management knowledge. Prior to joining C3, he had 10 years of engineering design and application experience in the lighting industry, which has proven to be a great resource for our clients.
As an engineering project manager, Marc works closely with owners, architects, building engineers, and contractors on a variety of restaurant and commercial office projects. These range from new or gut-rehab office buildings to new or renovated restaurants to tenant improvement projects. In all of these assignments, Marc ensures that work progresses seamlessly from accurately hand-drawn field as-built, through to the completion of the construction process.
Marc holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth.
Also known by his middle name of Newcombe, Marc is an avid music and movie buff, and a sports nut who enjoys both watching and participating. In his free time, he can often be found on a ski slope, a tennis court or a bike path. He also volunteers with a variety of charities, most frequently with the Make-A-Wish Foundation of MA, with which he’s been active since 2000.
