Ken has been with C3 since 1992 and is a vice president focusing on managing the firm’s large MEP engineering projects. He was senior project manager working on the State Street Financial Center in Boston and has overseen the design of over 20 million square feet of office, high-end residential, academic, lab, and industrial properties. He has a long list of repeat clients who have come to trust his technical and practical skills to solve complex problems in a common-sense manner. He is also called upon as an in-house advisor to our due diligence and capital planning efforts and adds a tremendous resource to C3’s technical ability to think outside the box to make a deal work or extend a facility’s life cycle.

Ken is a registered Professional Engineer in several states and holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. Ken is also a LEED Accredited Professional, and active member of ASHRAE.

Away from the office, Ken enjoys outdoor recreational activities including mountain biking, road biking, hiking with his family, and snowmobiling. A motor sports junkie, Ken can often be found working on cars or motorcycles. Living on a lake, his down time is water sports and floating around on his pontoon boat enjoying a cold one with family and good friends.
