Ken Wagner has been with C3 since 1992 and is a Vice President of the firm focusing on management of large MEP engineering projects. He has overseen the design of more than 20 million square feet of office, high-end residential, academic, lab, and industrial properties, including the State Street Financial Center in Boston. He is also called upon as an in-house advisor to our due diligence and capital planning efforts and adds a tremendous resource to C3’s ability to think outside the box to make a deal work or extend a facility’s lifespan. Ken has a long list of repeat clients who have come to trust his technical skills and ability to develop practical solutions to complex problems.
Ken has been a Registered Engineer since 1997 in several states and has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from University of Massachusetts Lowell. Ken is also a LEED Accredited Professional in building design and construction and an active member of ASHRAE.
Away from the office, Ken coaches softball and helps out with his two daughters’ busy sports activities including basketball, tournament softball, soccer, and lacrosse. He and his wife Barbara log countless miles driving to faraway tournaments. A motorsports junkie, Ken can often be found working on cars or motorcycles, snowmobiling or mountain biking. Living on a lake, his down time is water sports and floating around on his pontoon boat enjoying a cold one with family and good friends.
