Jared has more than 10 years’ experience in the engineering, construction and real estate industries. Since joining C3 in early 2011 he has been a member of the due diligence and capital planning team. Serving as an owner’s project manager, he provides construction monitoring services for projects in the Boston area and across the country, ranging in scope from high-rise residential and office buildings to luxury resorts. As construction project manager, Jared takes a hands-on approach, representing clients with keen eye on due diligence, project management and risk management.
Prior to joining C3, Jared began his career as a consultant engineer for FM Global, focused on mitigating physical risks within existing buildings. He holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Maryland’s Clark School of Engineering.
In his spare time, Jared enjoys working in the yard with his wife and their two dogs at home in Boston and looks forward to growing his family.
