Fred has close to 40 years’ experience in the construction and engineering industries, providing him with invaluable skills in the plumbing field and practical engineering design abilities. As the head of our plumbing group, he oversees the group’s engineers and designers. His responsibilities include all topics relating to plumbing system design, building infrastructure analysis and construction advisory services. His unique set of field skills and engineering studies are often recognized and appreciated by clients.
Prior to joining C3, Fred was employed as a licensed master plumber and journeymen pipefitter with some of the country’s largest mechanical contractors on projects that included nuclear and co-generation power plants, hospitals, pharmaceutical manufacturing plants, multi-residential high rises, government and commercial buildings, and prisons.
Fred is a proud graduate of a Union Plumbers and Pipefitters education program and holds several piping licensees and certifications. He also has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from Northeastern University.
Fred likes to stay active. He’s a longtime member of his local YMCA and enjoys cycling, hiking and skiing.
