Our client needed a fast-track design for a new 500,000-square-foot, mission-critical office building. The project required careful coordination with the needs of the building owner, the contractor and the single building tenant.
C3 provided full MEP/FP design and commissioning services. Our team worked closely with the general contractor and pre-selected MEP/FP contractors to enable rapid ordering of major equipment, avoiding delays. We also coordinated infrastructure installation with the structural engineer and architect before final construction plans were complete.
By facilitating a successful collaboration, C3 helped advance the construction to meet the tight schedule, while still providing high-quality design and functional systems. Our Commissioning team and LEED Consulting group oversaw the validation and LEED certification of the entire project, ensuring strategic objectives were met.
