Brooke provides our clients with exceptional advisory services for their program development. An experienced professional with practical knowledge, he provides a variety of services, including due diligence research, program feasibility studies, risk assessment, claim/delay conflicts, schedule recovery advisory services, cost estimating, preconstruction services, and development programming.
Brooke’s expertise in dispute resolution helps C3 clients resolve conflicts for contractual agreements, scope gap issues, nonperformance, change order management, delays, and claims. His knowledge of the building and real estate development industry is well rounded, encompassing the residential, higher education, commercial, retail, healthcare, studio, manufacturing, and gaming sectors.
Brooke has a degree in architecture from California State University at Northridge and holds a California State General Construction B License. He is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association, a member of the Urban Land Institute.
On his own time, Brooke has provided pro bono development and construction management consulting services for the Senior Center constructed near his home. He and his wife are active members of North Park Community Church and enjoy traveling.
