Hank joined C3 in 2004 and has more than 30 years of diverse experience in commercial real estate development, including construction of regional shopping centers, industrial developments, multi-family, and large commercial real estate projects. He has a reputation for being an excellent planner, organizer and manager of human and capital resources with a clear focus on superior efficiency, cost reduction, quality improvement, and productivity.
Hank’s corporate and entrepreneurial experiences have dealt with growth situations, renovations, fast-track project execution, and extensive profit and loss responsibilities. This experience gives him the ability to “think around the corner” with an owner’s point of view, anticipating issues and resolving them before they become problems. Recent projects include Gables Seaport, a 307-unit, 24-story residential apartment project, and Waterside Place, a 236-unit, 22-story residential apartment project, both built on Massport land in Boston’s Seaport District; and a 680,000-sq ft, state-of-the art distribution center for a leading wine and spirits distributor.
He holds a Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University School of Management.
Hank is an avid lacrosse and ice hockey fan, having coached both sports at the youth level for more than a decade. He also serves his college fraternity as the president and treasurer of the alumni entity that owns and operates the chapter house in Syracuse, New York.
