Vin provides leadership for C3 staff to deliver exceptional advisory services for program development to our clients. An experienced professional with practical knowledge, he provides a variety of services, including due diligence research and reporting, program feasibility studies, risk assessment, claim/delay conflicts, schedule recovery advisory services, economic advisory alerts, cost modeling, cost estimating, preconstruction services, and development programing. Vin has expertise in dispute resolution, helping C3 clients resolve conflicts for contractual agreements, scope gap issues, nonperformance, change order management, delays, and claims.

Vin’s leadership during due diligence is instrumental in providing solutions to equity clients with committed deadlines. His advisory skills often impact the client’s decision to move forward with the offering. His understanding of the building industry is well rounded, encompassing the residential, life science, higher education, commercial, retail, healthcare, manufacturing, sporting, gaming, and power industries.

Vin is graduate of Fitchburg State College Construction Technology program, with emphasis on construction law. He is a member of the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE) and holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License and Massachusetts Real Estate License.

In his spare time, Vin’s passion is local and state politics. He is a member of the Little Boars Head Zoning Board in North Hampton, N.H., and is a volunteer leader for District 6 in the Adopt-A-Highway Program for the State of N.H. Department of Transportation, organizing litter removal from scenic Route 1A on the seacoast.
