Tim provides our clients with advisory services for program development. An experienced site superintendent with extensive practical knowledge and street smarts, he offers a variety of services, including research and reporting, risk assessment, claim/delay conflicts, schedule recovery advisory services, economic advisory alerts, cost estimating, preconstruction services, and development programming.
Tim has expertise in helping clients resolve conflicts for contractual agreements, scope gap issues, nonperformance, change order management, delays, and claims. His understanding of the building industry is well rounded, encompassing the residential, higher education, commercial, retail, healthcare, studio and manufacturing sectors. Tim is well-versed in relevant software programs including Excel, Project, Blue Beam, and Pro Core.
Tim holds a California General Contractor’s B License.
In his spare time, Tim enjoys camping, dirt-bike riding, boating, and golfing with his wife and four children.
