Scott Preble has more than 30 years’ experience in the MEP fields with a strong focus on HVAC. He started his career in the facility management business in various properties including office, hotel, hospital, and government buildings. He has been with C3 since 2002 and in 2009 he became a LEED Accredited Professional in the BD&C category. He is also a Massachusetts licensed journeyman plumber and refrigeration technician.
As a technical project manager, Scott handles the MEP portion of the majority of the due diligence inspections that C3 performs and he has inspected hundreds of buildings across the country and in Brazil. He also performs MEP-related project management construction services for several C3 clients.
On his own time, Scott enjoys his backyard “grilling complex” with his wife and working in his woodworking shop.
