Paul Banville began his commercial construction career in 1985 as the owner’s representative for Monsanto in Springfield, Massachusetts. Managing the design and construction of more than 125,000 square feet of R&D facilities, he consistently demonstrated the ability to develop and coordinate the appropriate disciplines to deliver projects to the owner’s satisfaction. Prior to joining C3 in 2006, Paul started Project Partners, a firm offering strategic project planning and analysis.
Technically adept in all phases of the A/E/C process, Paul is an owner’s representative in the truest sense of the word. A LEED AP, Paul recently managed construction of a facility for a nonprofit organization. As the project neared completion, the organization determined the facility should be certified as LEED Silver. Under Paul’s guidance and leadership, and assisted by C3’s sustainability engineers, the facility was awarded LEED Platinum. The client and the City of Bridgeport, Ct. is extremely proud of this accomplishment.
A server by nature, Paul is the logistics team leader for the North River Food Co-op. In collaboration with his church, this nonprofit organization provides high-quality, budget-friendly food to individuals and families living on the South Shore of Massachusetts.
