Nick joined C3 in 2015 and has more than 16 years of building envelope and construction experience and eight years of waterproofing consulting experience. Nick’s experience has been a major asset to C3 projects, providing clients with expertise in addressing building envelope and waterproofing issues for all types of properties—either during design and due diligence or in performing forensic investigations during water testing. Nick provides litigation support to attorneys, property owners, and contractors for building envelope-related cases.
He is a registered and insured commercial/residential contractor in the state of Rhode Island as well as a Massachusetts Home Remodeler. He is knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp, enabling him to help design repairs and make changes to questionable details produced during the construction phase. Nick has helped resolve numerous leaks and faulty construction defects and works with contractors to remediate the issue.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in architectural engineering from New England Institute of Technology.
In his free time, Nick enjoys kayaking, fishing, hiking, and snowboarding. Sundays are for family and pasta and everyone’s invited.
