Jimmy joined C3 in 2012 to serve as clerk of the works for the Millennium Place III project in Boston, a 15-story, 256-unit condominium building. After successful completion of this project she served as the clerk of the works for the Millennium Tower project in Boston, a 54-story, 442-unit condominium building, and the Winthrop Center project in Boston, a 53-story mixed used building.
As clerk of the works, Jimmy’s responsibilities are wide-ranging, including ensuring the quality of materials and workmanship meet plans and specifications, onsite daily inspections and checklists, finish inspections, monthly job progress reports to the City of Boston, observing materials and systems testing, conducting owner water testing programs, appliance/equipment startup, punchlist, resolving any issues during building startup, and ensuring all closeout documentation is complete and correct.
Prior to joining C3, Jimmy worked with Bovis Lend Lease and with Consigli Construction as an assistant project manager.
Jimmy holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology. She is a Massachusetts Engineer in Training and is working toward her Professional Engineer. She is a LEED Accredited Professional and a Certified Passive House Designer (CPHD).
In her leisure time, Jimmy enjoys spending time outdoors and hiking with her kids.
