Jeff joined C3 in 2008 and has more than 35 years of building envelope and waterproofing consulting experience. Jeff’s projects extend across the country and internationally and include regional shopping centers, institutional campuses, high-rise towers, commercial properties, residences, tunnels, and swimming pools. He has extensive experience in addressing building envelope and waterproofing issues, either during design and due diligence, or in performing forensic troubleshooting. His rope access skills provide additional means to view hard-to-reach building components without requiring intrusive swing stages or ground based lifts.
He is experienced consulting with owners, designers and contractors regarding building envelope systems throughout the property lifecycle. Jeff provides litigation support to attorneys, property owners and contractors for building envelope-related cases. He oversees C3’s building envelope quality control inspectors working on new construction or renovations.
Jeff has a bachelor’s degree in history from Windham College and Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from Northeastern University. He has worked in the oil exploration, construction, and ski industries in the US and South America.
Avid skiers and gravel bikers, Jeff and his wife now live in Vermont and ski or bike most weekends when home projects don’t get in the way.
