Greg Gilson has more than 20 years of experience in MEP engineering and project management and joined C3 in 1994. As a Senior Engineering Project Manager, Greg provides wide-ranging assistance to our clients, from investigative and problem-solving tasks to design and oversight of complex, urban high-rise construction projects. Additionally, Greg provides MEP system due diligence and capital planning and works at furthering our efforts to streamline and simplify engineering designs to reduce construction costs and increase operating efficiencies. His professional experience and common sense approach offer a broad background in the engineering and technical management of commercial, retail, large scale residential, and educational construction projects.
Greg holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine, Orono, and is a registered engineer in several states.
Greg admits that growing up in Maine brings not just a funny accent but also a love of the outdoors, as evidenced by his many years of fishing, skiing, and swimming the rapids of the Penobscot. Now, as a father of two, Greg has little time for these outdoor pursuits. He is, however, a baseball aficionado and is rumored to be a Yankees fan (perhaps Maine frostbite does affect the brain).
