Greg has 25 years’ experience in MEP engineering and project management and joined C3 in 1994. As a senior engineering project manager he provides wide-ranging assistance to clients, from investigative and problem-solving tasks to design and oversight of complicated, urban high-rise construction projects. Greg works to streamline and simplify engineering designs to reduce construction costs while increasing operating efficiencies. He also provides MEP system due diligence and capital planning to address clients’ capital needs, determine repair options, and reduce operating costs. His professional experience and common sense approach offer a broad background in the engineering and technical management of commercial, retail, large scale residential, and educational construction projects.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Maine, Orono, and is a registered engineer in several states.

Greg admits that growing up in Maine brings not just a funny accent but also a love of the outdoors, as evidenced by years of fishing, skiing, and swimming the rapids of the Penobscot. Now, as a father of two, Greg has little time for these outdoor pursuits. He is, however, a baseball aficionado and is rumored to be a Yankees fan.
