Frank specializes in solving building exterior construction problems, providing expertise to property owners, developers and architects. With experience stretching back to the early 1970s Frank has has a proven ability to optimize both quality and economy in construction projects.

Constructability, durability, cos- effectiveness, and aesthetics are relative values in any project, often perceived to be at odds. Frank understands that balancing these appropriately in accordance with the owner’s program begins with a competent design and requires that everyone involved envisions the same result. To promote a spirit of collaboration between the design team and constructor, Frank advocates a proactive approach to construction projects with extensive and early design review, diligent observation and quality assurance measures to set standards and prevent errors.

Frank studied at the Boston Architectural Center, the University of Massachusetts Boston, Framingham State College, and Northeastern University. He is a licensed Massachusetts Construction Supervisor.

Frank enjoys working and playing outdoors. He taught alpine skiing in New Hampshire for 20 years and coached his son through eight years of local motocross racing. Currently, the warm weather will find him riding motorcycles and in the winter, skiing with the grandchildren.
