Eric has more than 38 years’ experience in the elevator/escalator industry and joined C3 in 2020. As manager of Vertical Transportation, Eric is responsible for all aspects of elevator and escalator systems. This includes managing and evaluating design teams, traffic analysis, code compliance, equipment review, system evaluation, system design, scheduling, cost estimating, performance monitoring, and overall project management.
Eric has worked both nationally and internationally on the design of high-rise commercial buildings, hospitals, transportation facilities, residential buildings, historic structures, and manufacturing facilities. He has extensive experience with the modernization of existing facilities and adapting new technologies to existing systems.
A U.S. Navy veteran, Eric studied mechanical engineering at the University of Lowell. He has acted as Regional and Area Manager for the two largest international elevator consulting firms. Eric is a member of the National Association of Elevator Safety Authorities (NAESA) and a member of the Massachusetts Board of Elevator Regulations.
When away from the office, Eric enjoys his time with family and friends.
