Bret has more than 35 years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry with a primary focus on hospitality and class A office buildings. As technical project manager, Bret provides due Diligence and project management services across industries and customer bases. His in-depth analysis of systems operation, asset preservation and problem-solving are the cornerstones of building value for owners, operators and developers. He excels at adding value to diverse projects, from multi-million dollar acquisitions to a single non-performing system. Bret provides leadership and mentoring at all levels of the organization.
Bret started his career in the hotel industry, focused on the development and operation of luxury brands. He provided regional oversight to a 12 million-square-foot office building portfolio in the Boston market.
Bret has a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from the University of Toledo.
A dedicated family man and sports enthusiast, he can found at Boston Garden cheering on the Bruins many a night.
