C3 was engaged by a large national contractor to provide an independent assessment of the budget, schedule and project approach for the construction of a mixed-use rental and condominium development.
We performed an in-depth review of the proposed plans, costs and schedule for the project, along with the contractor’s logistics plan and proposed method of construction. Based on this analysis, our technical construction professionals provided valuable thoughts on how to approach the project, including suggestions for value engineering and comments on risks with the proposed exterior envelope and HVAC design.
By providing our client with a fresh, objective view of the project, the contractor was better prepared prior to construction, reducing their risk.
