The project was on a fast-track schedule, yet required careful attention to preserving the building’s historic integrity and improving building performance and energy code compliance.
Working closely with the developer and general contractor, the C3 team provided building envelope solutions that preserved the historic features, while improving water and air tightness and complying with modern building codes.
