Just because a certain vision is laid out in construction drawings and documents, and a reputable contractor on board, does not necessarily mean that the owner’s and architect’s vision will become a reality. We assure that the goods and services delivered and the finished building are everything that were promised. As tireless advocates of the owner’s interests, we authorize the spending of money as if it were our own. Serving clients is our highest Project Management goal and clients have included public building authorities, developers, insurance companies and institutional investors, as detailed in our Serving Clients section.
We Succeed through Collaboration – With Nothing Lost in the Translation
We work with architects at the very early schematic design phase in virtually any building or construction scenario, in projects as complex as redeveloping an older 800,000 SF office tower to a $250 million senior life facility in suburban Boston, to multiple academic projects for New England schools and colleges. We analyze the scope of the project, coordinate design, select contractors and subcontractors, oversee bidding and, most of all, take the ownership and leadership role in day-to-day construction. At C3, the project is delivered as promised or we do not rest until it is.
