The vast majority of C3 employees have a long tenure, and virtually all of the senior staff, have been with the company over 10 years with many going back to its founding in 1989. Our staff includes architects, engineers, facilities managers, electricians, plumbers, fire safety and code experts, real estate entrepreneurs, campus building specialists and construction managers, to name just a few. At our location in the Fort Point Channel of Boston, at any given moment, our senior staff is being called upon to leave the office and solve a client's problem on short notice – whether that it is across town or across the country.
On many occasions, C3senior engineers and project managers have taken a call in the morning, and been on a plane the same day – to investigate a property as part of a major real estate deal requiring Diligence; or perhaps an emergency building condition that required our technical specialists. We are there – quickly, competently, when and where you need us.
