Sara Praschak
Code Consultant

Sara joined C³ in 2008 to work in our Code Consulting group. As a code consultant, Sara is knowledgeable of the new and existing general building codes as well for fire, plumbing, mechanical, ADA/accessibility, and energy codes. She also knows how to apply this knowledge to each client’s unique project to produce compliant results in a practical manner. She works with clients to answer their code related questions throughout the building design and construction phases of their projects.

Sara earned a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and went on to obtain her Master’s of Science in Fire Protection Engineering. During her studies she also passed the Fundamentals of Engineering exam and is an Engineer in Training awaiting the PE exam. Her background in research and interest in construction fits perfectly with the analytical and practical aspects of her job.

Sara has traveled all over the world and lived all over the country for no better reason other than loving to explore new places. She has kept close to her Wisconsin roots though, and is a die-hard Green Bay Packers fan. When she is not wearing her cheese head, she volunteers as an advisor to WPI’s chapter of the community service fraternity she joined while a student.
