Kenneth R. Wagner, PE, LEED AP
Vice President of MEP Engineering
Ken has been with C3 since 1992 and is a Vice President of the firm focusing on management of the firm’s large MEP Engineering projects. He was senior project manager working on the State Street Financial Center in Boston and has overseen the design of over 20 million SF of office, high end residential, academic, lab, and industrial properties. He has a long list of repeat clients who have come to trust his technical and practical skills to solve complex problems in a common-sense manner. He is also called upon as an in-house advisor to our Due Diligence and Capital Planning efforts and adds a tremendous resource to C3’s technical ability to think outside the box to make a deal work or extend a facility’s life cycle.
Ken has been a Registered Engineer since 1997 in several states and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree from UMass Lowell. Ken is also a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design and Construction, and active Member of ASHRAE
Away from the office, Ken coaches softball and helps out with his two daughters’ busy sports activities including basketball, tournament softball, soccer and lacrosse. He and his wife Barbara log countless miles driving to far away tournaments. A motor sports junkie, Ken can often be found working on cars or motorcycles, snowmobiling, or mountain biking. Living on a lake, his down time is water sports and floating around on his pontoon boat enjoying a cold one with family and good friends.
