John Bruzzese
Senior Construction Project Manager
John Bruzzese has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry and has been employed with C3 since 2000. As a Senior Construction Project Manager, John is responsible for all aspects of Construction Management of projects ranging in size and complexity from tenant improvements to site work and urban high rise development. These tasks include managing design teams, scheduling, cost estimating, performance monitoring and overall Project Management.
John is also part of the Due Diligence arm of the company and is responsible for managing all aspects of condition assessments and Capital Planning for commercial properties including urban high rise developments, historic buildings, office parks, residential apartment buildings, schools, and shopping malls.
When away from the office, sports and outdoor activities consumes most of John’s time with his family. They continue the tradition of going on the road with the Red Sox and attend a game away from Fenway Park every summer. John’s weekends are very busy as he enjoys coaching his two kids in multiple sports including hockey, baseball, basketball and lacrosse. When time allows during the winter the family enjoys hitting the slopes skiing up north.
