Senior Technical Project Manager – Building Envelope & Waterproofing Systems

Jeff joined C³ in 2008 and has twenty five years of Building Envelope (roofing, exterior walls, windows, and curtain walls) and waterproofing consulting experience. Jeff’s projects range from regional shopping centers to institutional campuses, high rise towers, commercial properties, residences and swimming pools. Jeff provides clients with extensive experience in addressing building envelope and waterproofing issues, either during design, Due Diligence, or in performing forensic trouble shooting. He is experienced consulting with owners, designers, and contractors regarding building envelope systems anywhere in the property purchase, construction or life cycle of the building. Jeff also oversees our quality control inspectors working on new construction or renovations projects.

Jeff has a bachelors degree in history from Windham College and Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from Northeastern University. He has worked in the oil exploration, construction, and ski industries in the US and South America.

An avid skier, Jeff and his family head to the mountains most winter weekends unless his children’s high school sports take precedent. Summer time is also spent outside on home improvement projects and road biking.
