Hank Suominen joined C³ in 2004 and has 25 years of broad and diverse experience in commercial real estate development, including construction of regional shopping centers, industrial developments, multi-family and large complex commercial real estate projects. He has a reputation for being an excellent planner, organizer and manager of human and capital resources with a clear focus on superior efficiency, cost reduction, quality improvement and productivity to achieve the client’s financial objectives.

Hank’s corporate and entrepreneurial experiences have dealt with growth situations, renovations, fast-track project execution and extensive profit and loss responsibilities. His knowledge and experience in commercial real estate development, construction and entrepreneurial businesses provide a unique perspective to his Project Management approach. He has an incisive capacity to “think around the corner” with an owner’s point of view derived from his corporate and entrepreneurial experiences.

Hank is an avid lacrosse fan and in his spare time splits driving duties with his wife, Terry, and coaches at the youth level in both lacrosse and ice hockey.
